"Having trawled through many old photos on my computer I have accumulated them all together in one collective webpage. This will make it easier to add more photos and experiences in the future without having to create new webpages every time."...Mike G
It may seem strange to the modern generation but it was not unusual for people not to travel abroad frequently for holidays and especially for my growing family we did not have sufficient cash to afford to do this that often, hence the appearance of caravan holidays in the first two links. As a consequence I decided to take my wife for a short break (now called a city break) to Madrid for her birthday. I'm not sure why I chose Madrid but it may have been something to do with my desire to visit the home of Real Madrid FC at the Bernabeu Stadium (LOL).
